How do i claim a benefit

Immediately an event happens , a member is required to submit a claim on our website on the benefit and claim page. If you meet all the requirements and the claim or benefit is accepted, the Executive committee would sent you and email on they says “approved”. Otherwise, you would receive an email that says “Decline”and the reasons would be provided. If you provided your bank account for payment, the money would be paid directly into your account within working days from the date it was approved.

We require proof for any claim applied for

Note: if you selected an international EFT Payment OR Western union OR Moneygram OR Orange Money OR MTN Money, you would bear any cost of transfer or payments.
