In the event that you are unable to settle your a loan or fine or top-up a sinking fund that has been depleted, your value would be used to set-off the amount owing if it can be demonstrated that after 12 months of the amount still being outstanding, there is no reasonable proof that you have made any efforts to address the situation and you have not entered into any agreement with the Exco to settle the amounts. Value in this case shall be:
Your Investment Fund + Sinking Fund + Accumulated Profits from your investments + your Savings.
